  • How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing times take between 2-3 days. Please then allow 3-5 days for delivery.

  • Can I return my order?

You have the right to a refund or replacement where your product is faulty or damaged when delivered. Please contact us within 14 days by completing our Contact Us form.

Unfortunately we do not accept any other returns or exchanges on our products for hygiene reasons. As such, all sales are final! Please check that you are 100% happy with your selection before you purchase.

  • How do you know your products are safe?

Our formulations have been approved by scientists to bring you the maximum possible benefit. They are handmade in small batches in accordance with UK and EU Cosmetic Regulations. We also regard Good Manufacturing Practices. No products are made which we would not use on ourselves. 

  • I made a mistake on my name/address what do I do?

If you made a mistake whilst entering your details, please contact us ASAP via email at hello@mercysmane.co.uk. Due to the relatively quick processing times, it is important that you contact us immediately citing your order number so we can make the changes before your order has been processed. 

  • Are your products suitable for children?

Our products are safe to use for ages 12+ due to the essential oils / fragrance oils used. If you have any particular concerns about a particular product, please contact us first before making your order!

  • Do you sell vegan products?

All vegan-friendly products will be stated in the product description and packaging. 

  • Why are your products scented?

Sometimes the original aroma of all natural ingredients may be unpleasant. Here at Mercy’s Mane, we want your hair to be both healthy and to smell like a tropical paradise! To achieve this we add up to 1% of fragrance or essential oils to our products. 

  • What is the difference between scented and fragrance-free?

Fragrance-free means that no fragrance oils have been added to your product. It is suitable for people with sensitive skin.

Unscented means that the product contains special odour-neutralising chemicals to give the product a neutral smell. Unfortunately we do not offer unscented products at Mercy’s Mane. 

  • Do you offer unscented products?

Our ingredients are naturally derived and we aim to source the highest quality. As the ingredients have undergone little to no refining, this often means that they each bear their natural scent in the final product that we sell. Select the ‘Fragrance-free’ option when choosing a product from our website. We will send you the product without any added fragrance. The product will smell of the combination of raw ingredients used.
